The Community Health Worker Training Program (CHWTP) is designed to strengthen the skills and knowledge of community health workers with a focus on documentation, advocacy, healing justice, and social determinants of health (SDOH).

The CHWTP offers:

- A multi-week Core Competency Training Program for all community health workers.

- A multi-week Pediatric Training Program for community health workers who serve families and youth.

- 1-2 hour Health Specific Modules. These courses are short, online, self-paced, and take about 1-2 hours to complete.
