You are now registering for the Community Health Worker Training. This training is an eight week hybrid on-line training, with two in-person days wrapped around six weeks of online learning. The in-person days begin and end the course. Meet the facilitators and get to know the curriculum the first in-person training day. Present your work and receive a certificate of completion at the last in-person training day.
